Building setlists

A setlist is your plan for a show: songs organized into one or more sets, in the order you'll play them.

Create a setlist

  1. Go to Setlists in the sidebar and click New Setlist.
  2. It starts with an empty Set 1. Rename the setlist inline at any time.

Setlists live in your current context — create one inside a band and every member can see and edit it.

Plan limits

The Free plan includes 3 setlists; Pro and Band are unlimited. See Plans and limits.

Sets

A setlist can have multiple sets — "Set 1", "Set 2", "Encore":

  • Add and rename sets (Enter saves, Escape cancels a rename).
  • Delete a set — except the last one; a setlist always has at least one set.

Adding and arranging songs

  • Add songs to a set with the song picker.
  • Drag to reorder — within a set or across sets. Order updates instantly for everyone.
  • Remove songs you've cut from the show.

Each song row shows the key of the chart it will use. In Play mode, a song resolves to its default chart unless a specific chart has been pinned for this setlist (currently possible via a connected AI assistant — e.g. "use the acoustic chart for this gig, up a whole step").
