Plans and limits
Stagemates has three plans: Open Mic (free), Headliner (Pro), and Tour (Band). Every plan includes the full feature set — playing, charts, setlists, bands — the plans differ in capacity and AI allowance.
What each plan includes
| Open Mic (Free) | Headliner (Pro) | Tour (Band) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Songs | 15 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Files per song | 3 | 20 | 20 |
| Bands you can join | 1 | 3 | Unlimited |
| Setlists | 3 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Storage | 1 GB | 20 GB | 100 GB |
| AI chart imports / month | 5 | 50 | 150 |
| Audio analyses / month | 25 | 200 | Unlimited |
Monthly AI allowances reset on the first of each month; usage meters with reset dates are shown in Settings.
What happens at a limit
- Hitting a cap shows an upgrade prompt; the action simply doesn't go through until there's room.
- Nothing is ever deleted. If you're over a limit (say, after a downgrade), extra content is locked read-only — everything comes back the moment you're within limits again.
- Failed AI runs don't consume quota.
Upgrading and billing
Manage your plan under Settings → Billing — upgrade, change, or cancel there, and open the billing portal for invoices and payment methods. If you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
On iOS, purchases open in the browser; if billing isn't available in your region's App Store, manage your subscription at stagemates.live.
